- Beth House is a fully independent unit with its own private entrance.
- The access code and complete check-in instructions are provided before arrival through Airbnb.
- The garage is used for storage and is not available to guests.

- Park on the right side of the driveway only.
- Two parking spaces are available for Beth House.
- The left side of the driveway is reserved for the private Studio.
Only Beth House guests may use the backyard. The neighboring Studio is a separate, private unit.
